The Random Facts

I have an exceptional memory for certain events which my subconscious mind deems important for me. I can remember faces which have changed from 10 years ago and I can recognize strangers on the street if I’ve glimpsed them once before. I can remember things from when I was 2, such as lying on the tiled floor under my newborn sister’s crib and poking her through the bamboo mesh-like bottom.

“Hair Goddess”: (I wrote this when my hair was curly- but it still applies now to my shorter straighter hair.) My hair is not naturally curly/wavy. I permed it because my hair used to be paper thin. But now it’s straight and really thick…At times, when it was curly, it was impossible to brush, but it held and still holds the smell of shampoo/conditioner really well. It still smells lovely after three smelly adventure trip days.

My life = reading, writing, sleeping, eating (NOMS), watching movies, wrestling with my dog/brother, piano, listening to music, being hyper, yoga, singing, screaming, running, yelling, talking, laughing loud, thinking about life, pondering the teachings of Buddha, volunteering at OWLS, learning from the master to throw cards and make perfect marshmallows (I will be better than him one day), and really wishing to learn kungfu and have skills like tigress.

I really need to learn how to complain less. I can be really, really annoying. I mean, I even annoy myself.

I'm hiding behind a easel...

.I love to read books. I can finish 4 novels in a good week during the school year and only one for a busy week. I wish I could have super powers to transport myself into books. Also, I wish I could levitate, then I would run faster than Saskia, Ariana, Katie and Clare combined and do push-ups like a muscle man. Oh, and according to some people, I seem to already have the powers of Teleportation because I am Asian. (RICE CREDITS!)

In case some people were wondering at my extremely odd user names/screen names for Twitter and Delicious-even Facebook and other things online, I have an explanation.

English: Louise = famous warrior

Sindarin (elvish): Liria = to sing (I love singing)

Maethor(elvish) = warrior

Hence the name, Lirieth Maethor.
